Someone else plays their tournament round for them - 3-5%, maybe? I'll bet most of the players wouldn't want someone else to play their round for them.

Exploiting known bugs (like being able to replay holes in qualifying) - 5%, maybe? Probably not many - mostly because I'll bet the majority of players don't know about such exploits.

Hack that modifies the game - I'll bet very, very few.

I'll bet 25-50% use them (iPhones can't, right)?

Wind calc/overlay - I've never used an app/overlay, but I still don't think it's cheating.

Tournament guide - Not cheating, but almost all of them do it.

We humans are notoriously terrible at estimating this type of thing, so naturally, I'll pretend like I know what I'm talking about and give it a try:
